Things people ask before signing.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the right tier depends on your line count, station density, and whether you need multi-site rollup. We'd rather show you the product on your floor and quote you a real number than make you guess.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The 14-day pilot includes setup, configuration, and training at no cost.

What hardware do we need?

Tablets at each station (or shared per line), a TV per floor display, phones for supervisors. Most plants already own all of it. From scratch: roughly $1,000–$3,000 per site.

Do we need IT involvement?

Only WiFi access on the floor. No servers, no VPN, no firewall changes. The system runs entirely in a browser against our cloud.

What if WiFi drops?

Calls queue locally on the device and auto-retry when the link comes back. Operators see a connection indicator so they know if they're online.

Can we cancel?

Monthly: any time. Annual: at the end of the term. We'll export your data on request.
