By using helix-meridian.com or any Helix Meridian software service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Helix Meridian LLC provides a cloud-based andon and escalation tracking system for manufacturing operations. The service is provided "as is" during the pilot period. Paid subscriptions are governed by the order form agreed between the parties.
The 14-day managed pilot is provided at no charge. At the end of the pilot, you may convert to a paid plan or discontinue use. You retain all data generated during the pilot. Helix Meridian will export it in CSV format upon request within 30 days of pilot end.
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to store sensitive personal data beyond what is required for plant operations, or to attempt unauthorized access to Helix Meridian infrastructure.
Helix Meridian LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
